We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Because fragrance can't be resold once opened, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Email support@tryvillora.shop within [X] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Opened or used bottles that arrived in good condition, and orders where the delivery address entered at checkout was incorrect.
You can cancel your membership any time before your next billing date. [State your refund rule for membership charges already billed, e.g. refundable if requested within X days and unused.]
